ABSTRACT An ionization process of a fluid, such as air, used for the conditioning of a space or of a zone to be air- conditioned by ionization or, further, to discharge static electricity, is described. An ionization device is disposed immediately adjacent to but outside each of discharge outputs of the air-conditioning enclosure in the space to be air- conditioned. The invention applies to reducing the recombination or depolarization of positive and negative ions formed by an ionization equipment of a gaseous fluid such as air.
