Dans un procédé et dispositif de combustion du mélange stoechiométrique du gaz et de l'air, on sait que le système doit être équipé en analyseur de fumées qui est dispendieux et compliqué, surtout pour la combustion proche de l'idéale, ou surplus de CO et H (groupe hydrogène) ainsi que O (oxygène) est faible. Dans la présente invention le procédé de combustion est contrôlé par un bloc de commande équipé d'un capteur avec analyseur thermique de fumée, installé dans cheminée d'évacuation ainsi qu'un brûleur pilot avec un analyseur thermique de fumée installé sur le tuyau d'alimentation des brûleurs principaux.
