In a process and in a device for filtering suspensions, where unfiltered suspension is conveyed to a pressure vessel (3) containing filter elements (5), the back-flushing takes place after the filtering phase by means of the back-flushing liquid being introduced from the bottom into the filter elements and filtrate or back-flushing liquid which is not used in the back-flushing, respectively, which are present in the filter elements being allowed to run down through the interior of the filter elements and then being conducted out of the pressure vessel.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de filtrer les suspensions. Selon l'invention, une suspension non filtrée est conduite jusqu'à un récipient sous pression (3) contenant des éléments filtrants (5), le rinçage par inversion de la circulation se faisant après la phase de filtration, au moyen d'un liquide de rinçage qui est introduit, par le fond, dans les éléments filtrants. Le filtrat ou le liquide de rinçage non utilisé lors du rinçage par inversion de la circulation, qui sont présents dans les éléments filtrants, peuvent descendre en traversant l'intérieur des éléments filtrants et sont ensuite évacués du récipient sous pression.
