L'invention a trait au domaine de stockage de déchets toxiques, sous forme solidifiée, sans créer de pollution, sur des sites artificiels appropriés. En résumé, sur un sol (1) stabilisé en profondeur, on coule un radier de béton constitué par des plaques (2 à 5) jointoyées et disposées en damiers, ce radier pouvant supporter un matériau d'étanchéité (6); puis on entasse sur le radier les déchets en respectant une forme de tumulus (8), la mise en place s'effectuant sous la protection d'une couverture mobile comprenant un pont roulant (9) muni de rouleaux (11, 12, 13) de film de matière plastique.
