ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a process for transforming heat having a low temperature, wherein said heat is used for heating a condensable primary fluid which participates in a binary thermodynamic cycle and wherein thereafter this fluid is expanded for producing motive power or thermic energy having a higher potential, and an equipment for putting into practice the said process which comprises a superheater, in which the fluid carrying the heat to be transformed and the primary fluid circulate, and an expansion device for said primary fluid. - 1 -
