The present invention is related to a process and an installation for the production of electric power or the cogeneration of electric and thermal power, wherein a hydrocarbon fuel is enriched through an endothermic reforming reaction on a mixture of said fuel with steam or water. According to the invention, the heat for the reforming reaction is supplied by the combustion of a material, preferably biomass, different from said hydrocarbon fuel. The invention is also characterized by the process integration of this reforming reaction in a gas turbine installation, wherein up to 12% of the exhaust gases of the gas turbine are used as comburant air for the combustion of said material. The process is shown to have little or even no impact on the gas turbine cycle performance when no reforming is applied.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation de production d'énergie électrique ou de cogénération d'énergie électrique et thermique, consistant à enrichir un combustible à base d'hydrocarbure par une réaction de reformage endothermique sur un mélange dudit combustible avec de la vapeur ou de l'eau. Selon l'invention, la chaleur utilisée dans la réaction de reformage est obtenue de la combustion d'un matériau, de préférence une biomasse, différent du combustible à base d'hydrocarbure. L'invention se caractérise également par l'intégration de cette réaction de reformage dans une installation de turbine à gaz, dans laquelle jusqu'à 12 % des gaz d'échappement de la turbine à gaz sont utilisés comme air comburant pour la combustion dudit matériau. Ledit procédé a un faible impact ou aucun impact sur l'efficacité du cycle de la turbine à gaz lorsqu'aucun reformage n'est appliqué.
