There is provided a process for the preparation of a compound of formula (7) or salts thereof: wherein R1 represents a hydrogen or a hydrocarbyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen or substituent group, R3 represents a hydrogen or a hydrocarbyl group, and X represents a hydrogen or substituent group which comprises a) cyanating a compound of formula (1): wherein Y represents a halo group, preferably CI or Br; P1 represents hydrogen or a protecting group, and W represents =0 or -OP2, in which P2 represents hydrogen or a protecting group, to give a compound of formula (2): b) reducing the compound of formula (2) to give a compound of formula (3): coupling the compound of formula (3) with a compound of formula (4): to give a compound of formula (5): when W represents -OP2, deprotecting and then oxidising the compound of formula (5) to give a compound of formula (6): and e) subjecting the compound of formula (5) when W represents =O, or compound of formula (6) to ring-opening, and removal of any remaining protecting groups, to give a compound of formula (7) or salts thereof.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un composé de formule (7) ou de sels de ce dernier. Dans la formule, R?1¿ représente un groupe hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarbyle, R?2¿ représente un groupe hydrogène ou un groupe substituant, R?3¿ représente un groupe hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarbyle, et X représente un groupe hydrogène ou un groupe substituant. Ce procédé consiste à a) cyanater un composé de formule (1), dans laquelle Y représente un groupe halo, de préférence Cl ou Br; P?1¿ représente hydrogène ou un groupe protecteur, et W représente =O ou -OP?2¿, P?2¿ représentant hydrogène ou un groupe protecteur, pour former un composé de formule (2): b) réduire le composé de formule (2) pour former un composé de formule (3): c) coupler le composé de formule (3) à un composé de formule (4): pour former un composé de formule (5): d) quand W représente -OP?2¿, supprimer la protection du composé de formule (5) et oxyder ce dernier pour former un composé de formule (6): et e) soumettre le composé de formule (5) quand W représente =O, ou le composé de formule (6) à une ouverture de cycle, et éliminer tout groupe protecteur résiduel, pour former un composé de formule (7) ou ses sels.
