The invention relates to a method for producing stiffened structures (1) made from composite materials, formed by an exterior covering (2) and a plurality of stiffeners (3) having a closed cross-section defining an interior opening (6), which method comprises the following steps: a) providing a moulding tool (34); b) providing auxiliary male tools (36) having interior cavities (32) reinforced (33) along the length thereof, said tools being covered by membranes (37) suitable for curing; c) providing stiffeners (3); d) arranging the stiffeners (3) in the tool (34) and the auxiliary male tools (36) in the interior openings (6); e) laminating the exterior coating (2); f) curing the stiffened structure (1) at a high temperature and pressure; g) removing the auxiliary male tools (36) after the section (41) thereof has been reduced; h) and separating the cured, stiffened structure (1) from the tool (34). The invention also relates to the auxiliary male tools (36), including the design of the interior cavities (32), the reinforcement (33) thereof and the fact that the section of same can be maintained or reduced with the application of overpressure or underpressure respectively.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de structures rigides (1) en matériaux composites formées par un revêtement extérieur (2) et par une pluralité d'éléments de renfort (3) dont la section transversale possède une forme transversale fermée délimitant une ouverture intérieure (6). Ce procédé consiste à (a) utiliser un outil de moulage (34); (b) à utiliser des outils mâles auxiliaires (36) possédant des cavités intérieures (32) renforcées (33) sur leur longueur, recouvertes de membranes (37) convenant à la cuisson; (c) à utiliser les éléments de renfort (3); (d) à disposer les éléments de renfort (3) dans l'outil et les outils mâles auxiliaires (36) dans les ouvertures intérieures (6); (e) à stratifier le revêtement extérieur (2); (f) à cuire la structure renforcée (1) à une température et à une pression élevées; (g) à retirer les outils mâles auxiliaires (36) après réduction de leur section (41); (h) à séparer la structure renforcée (1) cuite de l'outil (34). L'invention concerne également des outils mâles auxiliaires (36), comprenant la conception des cavités intérieures (32), leur renfort (33) et la possibilité de maintenir ou de réduire leur section par l'application de surpression ou de pression à vide, respectivement.
