A process for fastening objects in a box formed by a bottom (1e) and at least four side faces (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), which is carried out by a machine according to claim 1, wherein a sheet (2) of foldable material, for example made of cardboard, is introduced into said box (1), said sheet (2) comprising a central portion (2k) whose dimensions are substantially equivalent to those of the bottom (1e) of the box (1) in such a way that it can be displaced in a direction towards the bottom thereof and, on at least two opposite sides of said central portion (2k), at least one foldable flap (2d, 2e, ...), said foldable flaps being on the one hand folded upwardly the fastening sheet (2) which is shaped and prepared in that way then being inserted and pushed into the box (1) under it is brought into contact with the upper surface of the objects (3) accommodated in said box, in such a way as to cause said fastening sheet and its foldable flaps (2d, 2e, ...) to solidly fix said fastening sheet (2) to the side walls of the box (1), and stack of objects in said box.
Procédé pour le calage d'objets dans une caisse constituée d'un fond (1e) et d'au moins quatre faces latérales (1a, 1b, 1c, ...), caractérisé en ce que l'on introduit, dans ladite caisse (1), une feuille (2) d'un matériau pliable, par exemple réalisée en carton, cette feuille comportant une partie centrale (2k) dont les dimensions sont sensiblement équivalentes à celles du fond (1e) de la caisse (1), de façon à pouvoir être déplacée en direction du bas de celle-ci et, sur au moins deux côtés opposés de cette partie centrale (2k), au moins un volet pliable(2d, 2e, ...), lesdits volets pliables étant repliés vers le haut, la feuille de calage (2), ainsi conformée et préparée étant ensuite insérée et enfoncée dans la caisse (1) jusqu'à sa mise au contact de la surface supérieure des objets (3) logés dans ladite caisse et ses volets (2d, 2e, ... ) étant repoussés, appliqués et fixés, par exemple par collage, contre la face interne des parois latérales (1a, 1b, 1c, ...) de cette dernière, de sorte à réaliser la fixation solide de ladite feuille de calage (2) sur lesdites parois latérales de la caisse (1) et, par conséquent, le calage des objets logés dans celle-ci.
