The invention relates to a system for separating oil/water/gas from a marginal field by using a combination of a coarse separator with short treatment duration which separates into three flows where one obtains an oil concentration of over 70 %, a water concentration of over 70 % and a gas quality for burning off, where the oil and water flows are treated in cyclone systems having defined geometric proportions and a gas portion is reinjected into the water injection flows without the use of a compressor. Gas/liquid cyclones may also be used before the choke valve so that the gas pressure is kept, or optionally reinjected or used for injector pump operation of low pressure wells.

Cette invention concerne un système permettant d'effectuer la séparation de l'ensemble pétrole/eau/gaz provenant d'un champ secondaire, lequel système fait appel à une combinaison d'un séparateur grossier et d'un traitement de courte durée afin d'obtenir une séparation en trois flux, avec une concentration en pétrole de plus de 70 %, une concentration en eau de plus de 70 % et un gaz ayant une qualité de brûlage. Les flux de pétrole et d'eau sont traitées dans des systèmes de type cyclone ayant des proportions géométriques déterminées, tandis que la partie gaz est renvoyée dans les flux d'injection d'eau sans avoir recours à un compresseur. Les systèmes de type cyclone gaz/liquide peuvent également être utilisés en amont d'un clapet d'étranglement afin de maintenir la pression, ou éventuellement de réinjecter celle-ci, ou encore de l'utiliser dans le fonctionnement d'une pompe d'injecteur dans des puits à basse pression.
