PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour le diagnostic de la leucose bovine enzootique carac- térisé par la mesure de l'activité enzymatique d'une chaîne réactionnelle consistant en une matrice sur laquelle est adsorbé un anticorps monoclonal purifié réagissant spécifi- quement à l'antigène gp51, cet anticorps étant mis en con- tact avec l'antigène gp51, qui lui-même réagit avec une préparation d'immunoglobulines contenant des anticorps spéci- fiques de l'antigène gp51 et finalement avec des anticorps spécifiques des immunoglobulines couplés à l'enzyme peroxydase. La leucose bovine enzootique est une des maladies contagieuses affectant naturellement ou artificiellement les cheptels bovins, caprins et ovins.
