Process for coating manufacture of a strip of plastic material, involving at least the following steps: (a) we have a plastisol (3) in paste form comprising a substrate and a plasticizer, (b) we spread the plastisol onto a flat surface (5), to obtain a layer (6) of coating in paste form, (c) we gel the plastisol (3) to obtain the layer (6) in solid but plastic form; and between step (b) and step (c), we perform a powder coating by accelerating particles of plastic powder (10) toward, and distributing them according to, the outside surface of the layer (6) in paste form, the powder (10) comprising particles of a thermoplastic incorporation material that can join with or dissolve at least partially in the substrate during step (c), the particles being incorporated in a homogeneous manner to form a single matrix with the plastisol thermoplastic base material, at least in a superficial layer, on the face and/or back side, of the layer (6).

Procédé de fabrication par enduction d'une bande en matière plastique, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes, à savoir, (a) on dispose d'un plastisol (3) à l'état pâteux comprenant un substrat et un agent plastifiant, (b) on dépose le plastisol (3) en couche sur un support plat (5), pour obtenir une couche (6) d'enduction à l'état pâteux, (c) on gélifie le plastisol (3), pour obtenir la couche (6) à l'état solide mais plastique ; et entre l'étape (b) et l'étape (c), on effectue une étape de poudrage en accélèrant des particules de poudre plastique (10) vers, et en les distribuant selon la surface extérieure de la couche (6) à l'état pâteux, la poudre (10) comprenant des particules d'une matière thermoplastique d'incorporation, susceptible de s'intégrer ou se dissoudre au moins partiellement dans le substrat lors de l'étape (c), les particules étant incorporées de manière homogène pour former une même matrice avec la matière thermoplastique de base du plastisol, au moins dans une couche superficielle, de dessus et/ou d'envers, de la couche (6).
