L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé d'ingénierie moléculaire conçu pour la synthèse de matériaux par excitation électronique, au moyen d'un synthétiseur pouvant générer une excitation électronique. Ce synthétiseur modifie les propriétés des matériaux et sert en outre de convertisseur en ligne, de reformulateur de fluide ou de combustible ou de thermopompe, change la cinétique de réactions chimiques, les performances de moteurs à combustion interne, les cycles de moteurs thermiques et peut être utilisé dans des applications très variées parmi lesquelles figurent la régulation d'émissions, la production d'énergie propre, la synthèse de nouveaux produits, la génération de faisceaux laser utilisant le dioxyde de carbone des gaz d'échappement de véhicules, la prévention contre la formation de tartre dans les lignes de traitement d'eau, la prévention contre la congélation de fluides par temps extrêmement froid, les machines de réfrigération, les communications, etc.
