A process is disclosed for coating metallic surfaces with an anti-corrosive composition that contains a conductive polymer and is a dispersion that contains the at least one conductive polymer mainly or entirely in particulate form, as well as a binder system. The conductive polymer is at least one polymer based on polyphenylene, polyfuran, polyimidazole, polyphenanthrene, polypyrrole, polythiophene and/or polythiophenylene charged with anti- corrosive mobile anions. Alternatively, the metallic surfaces can be first coated with a dispersion based on conductive polymers in particulate form, then coated with a composition which contains a binder system.
L'invention concerne un procédé de revêtement de surfaces métalliques avec une composition de protection contre la corrosion qui contient un polymère conducteur et forme une dispersion qui contient au moins un polymère conducteur surtout ou entièrement sous forme particulaire, ainsi qu'un système liant. Le polymère conducteur est au moins un polymère à base de polyphénylène, polyfurane, polyimidazole, polyphénanthrène, polypyrrole, polythiophène et/ou polythiophénylène chargé d'anions mobiles de protection contre la corrosion. Alternativement, les surfaces métalliques peuvent être premièrement revêtues d'une dispersion à base de polymères conducteurs sous forme particulaire, puis revêtues d'une composition qui contient un système liant.
