A process for colouring a synthetic textile material or fibre blend thereof which comprises applying to the synthetic textile material a dye, which is free from water solubilising groups, carrying at least one -SO2F group provided that the dye is not an azo, bisazo or anthraquinone dye.

Procédé de coloration d'un matériau textile synthétique ou à base d'un mélange de fibres synthétiques, consistant à appliquer sur ledit matériau un colorant dépourvu de groupes se dissolvant dans l'eau et porteur d'au moins un groupe -SO¿2?F, à condition que ce colorant ne soit pas un colorant azo, bisazo ou anthraquinone.
