Process for converting oxygenate compounds to hydrocarbons comprising the steps: (a) introducing a feed stream of synthesis gas to a synthesis section for the production of easily convertible oxygenates, (b) passing the effluent stream from said synthesis section containing easily convertible oxygenates to a gasoline synthesis section, (c) passing the effluent of said gasoline synthesis section to a separator and withdrawing from said separator hydrocarbons boiling in the gasoline boiling range, (d) admixing a recycle stream from the separator containing unconverted synthesis gas volatile hydrocarbons with the feed stream of synthesis gas of step (a), (e) introducing a feed containing difficulty convertible oxygenates to the synthesis section of step (a).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de convertir des composés oxygénés en hydrocarbures, qui consiste: a) à introduire un flux d'alimentation de gaz de synthèse dans une section de synthèse afin de produire des composés oxygénés facilement convertibles, b) à faire passer le flux d'effluent provenant de la section de synthèse contenant des composés oxygénés facilement convertibles dans une section de synthèse d'essence, c) à faire passer l'effluent de la section de synthèse d'essence dans un séparateur et à retirer des hydrocarbures bouillant dans la plage d'ébullition de l'essence de ce séparateur, d) à mélanger un flux de recyclage provenant du séparateur contenant des hydrocarbures volatils dérivés d'un gaz de synthèse non converti avec le flux d'alimentation du gaz de synthèse obtenu à l'étape (a), et e) à introduire une charge contenant des composés oxygénés difficilement convertibles dans la section de synthèse de l'étape (a).
