A method for decomposing a refractory, hazardous substance which comprises contacting the refractory, hazardous substance with laccase and/or microbes producing laccase; and a decomposing agent for a refractory, hazardous substance containing at least one selected from between laccase and microbes producing laccase. The decomposing method and agent can be used for decomposing a refractory, hazardous substance with good efficiency by microbes being excellent in the stability of production of an enzyme to thereby convert it into a non-hazardous substance.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de décomposition d'une substance réfractaire dangereuse consistant à mettre en contact la substance réfractaire dangereuse avec de la laccase et/ou des microbes produisant la laccase; et un agent de décomposition d'une substance réfractaire dangereuse contenant au moins de la laccase et/ou des microbes produisant la laccase. En outre, on peut utiliser le procédé et l'agent de décomposition précités pour décomposer efficacement une substance réfractaire dangereuse avec des microbes présentant une excellente stabilité de production d'une enzyme, et la transformer ainsi en substance non dangereuse.
