The invention relates to a method for delaying the deactivation of glutaryl amidase during an enzyme catalysis. The enzyme catalyst is separated off by filtration after maximum reaction of the substrate and can be re-used in a subsequent reaction feed. However, the activity of the enzyme catalyst is reduced with each reaction cycle. This inactivation of the enzyme catalyst can be slowed down by bringing it into contact with a thiol during the reaction.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour ralentir la désactivation de la glutarylamidase pendant une catalyse enzymatique. Le catalyseur enzymatique est séparé par filtration après réaction maximale du substrat et peut être réutilisé dans une préparation réactionnelle suivante. L'activité du catalyseur enzymatique diminue alors à chaque cycle réactionnel. On peut ralentir l'inactivation du catalyseur enzymatique en le mettant en contact avec un thiol pendant la réaction.
