In a process for detecting nucleic acids, a probe P is bonded to a partial sequence S contained in the nucleic acid, producing a bonded product B1, the nucleic acid is decomposed into a bonded product B2 by generating a partial nucleic acid F of defined length and the bonded product B2 or the partial nucleic acid F is detected based on its mass. This process is particularly suitable for detecting in parallel nucleic acids having different sequences.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la détection d'acides nucléiques, dans lequel une sonde P est liée à une séquence partielle S contenue dans l'acide nucléique, ce qui donne un produit de liaison B1, l'acide nucléique est décomposé en un produit de liaison B2, ce qui donne un acide nucléique partiel F de longueur définie, et le produit de liaison B2 ou l'acide nucléique partiel F est détecté en raison de sa masse. Ce procédé convient notamment pour la détection parallèle d'acides nucléiques de séquence différente.
