Digital transmission device comprising a coherent demodulation receiver operating directly in the microwave band. Its transmitter uses a synthesized oscillator (1A) whose reference (24) is provided by the rate (H) of the data (P, Q). Its receiver uses as demodulation oscillator (13A) a synthesizer that is operationally identical to the first one (1A), whose reference (23) is supplied by the recovered rate (H, 36) for the data received.
