PROCESS FOR ELASTIC COMPOSITE FROM RUBBER OR PLASTIC PARTICLES IN A FILLED POLYURETHANE BINDER Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to a process for the production of elastic composites, preferably used as floor coverings, from plastics granulates and polyisocyanates acting as binders. The process broadly comprises coating the plastic granulates with a paste of hydroxyl containing polyether, filler, and optionally pigment, subsequently mixing the coated granulates with the polyisocyanate binder, and thereafter molding and curing the resultant composite.
