The method comprises the following steps: a) lixiviation; b) solid-liquid separation; c) neutralization of the aqueous solution; d) solid-liquid separation of the zinc-rich solution; e) zinc extraction; f) purification of the organic solvent from the extraction step; g) re-extraction of the ionic zinc charged in the organic solvent; h) recovering the zinc contained in the acid aqueous solution from the re-extraction step. The following barriers for impurities have been established: soft lixiviation; alkaline pulp treatment; treatment of a small flow of the aqueous solution removed before and/or after the zinc extraction step e); high selectivity of the dissolved zinc extraction; treatment of the zinc charged in the organic solvent; treatment to clean the zinc-charged organic solvent with an ultra-pure acid solution; partial purging and treatment of the re-extracted organic solvent; purging a small flow from the cycle for obtaining the final product that will be recycled in the organic cycle.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production électrolytique consistant en plusieurs étapes : a) lixiviation, b) séparation solide-liquide, c) neutralisation solide-liquide de la solution aqueuse, d) séparation solide-liquide de la solution riche en zinc, e) extraction du zinc, f) purification du dissolvant organique issu de l'étape d'extraction, g) réextraction du zinc ionique chargé en dissolvant organique, h) récupération du zinc contenu dans la solution acide aqueuse issue de l'étape de réextraction. Les barrières suivantes sont établies contre les impuretés : lixiviation douce ; traitement alcalin de la pulpe ; traitement d'un faible courant de solution aqueuse prise avant et/ou après l'extraction de zinc dans l'étape e) ; haute sélectivité de l'extraction du zinc dissout ; traitement du zinc chargé dans le dissolvant organique, traitement de nettoyage du dissolvant organique chargé de zinc avec une solution acide à haute pureté ; purge partielle et traitement du dissolvant organique réextrait ; purge d'un faible courant du cycle d'obtention du produit final, qui sera recyclé dans le cycle organique.
