PROCESS FOR ELECTEROPHORETIC FILM DEPOSITION ACHIEVING INCREASED FILM THICKNESS ABSTRACT A process for achieving thicker film by electrophoteric deposition techniques by providing an aqueous solubilized organic resin medium having above about 1% and preferably from about 1% to about 20% of a compatible surfactant by weight of solids in the medium. The prepared medium is then used in conventional electrophoteric deposition systems to coat a conductive substrate with an organic resin coating.
