A process is disclosed for emptying hoses filled with viscous masses. A hose containing a viscous mass (E) is clamped in a device which includes a tubular member (A), the hose is conveyed through the tubular member while the hose sheath is slit open in the longitudinal direction, the open hose sheath is separated from the viscous mass, and the viscous mass leaves the device through a discharge opening. A device for carrying out this process includes a tubular member (A) with at least three openings, namely at least one opening for receiving filled hoses, at least one discharge opening and at least one additional opening. One or several slitting devices (F) are mounted between the at least one receiving opening and the at least one additional opening.
Selon ce procédé pour vider des tuyaux remplis de masses pâteuses, on serre un tuyau rempli d'une masse pâteuse (E) dans un dispositif qui comprend un organe tubulaire (A), on fait passer le tuyau à travers l'organe tubulaire de façon à ouvrir la gaine du tuyau dans le sens longitudinal, on sépare la gaine ouverte de la masse pâteuse et on expulse la masse pâteuse du dispositif à travers un orifice de décharge. Le dispositif utilisé pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé comprend un organe tubulaire (A) avec au moins trois orifices, dont au moins un orifice d'admission de tuyaux remplis, au moins un orifice de décharge et au moins un autre orifice. Un ou plusieurs dispositifs tranchants (F) sont montés entre le ou les orifices d'admission et le ou les orifices additionnels.
