BREVET D'INVENTION PROCEDE D'ENCAPSULATION DE PARTICULES AU MOYEN D'UN COPOLYMERE SILICONE THERMOPLASTIQUE ET PARTICULES ENROBEES RHONE-POULENC SANTE ABREGE La présente invention concerne un procédé d'encapsula- tion de particules de principe actif par pulvérisation d'un copolymère silicone thermoplastique en solution dans un solvant organique ou en dispersion ou en émulsion aqueuse et élimination par séchage à l'air chaud du solvant ou de l'eau. Le procédé de pulvérisation/séchage utilisé est par exemple le procédé WURSTER. Le copolymère utilisable est formé d'une succession de segments ou blocs polydiorganosiloxane et de segments ou blocs organiques (polyesters, polyethers, polyuréthannes, polystyrènes, etc ...). Il peut être également un polydiorganosiloxane greffé par des chaînes organiques. Le principe actif se présente sous forme de particules de granulométrie comprise entre 50 µm et 5 mm. Le principe actif peut être un catalyseur, un parfum, un colorant, un produit cosmétique, un médicament, un produit phytosanitaire, des semences végétales, etc ... Application notamment à la libération contrôlée d'un principe actif en milieu aqueux.
