A process of extracting liquid from a fabric having a first content of liquid includes the steps of creating a surfactant surface layer including at least one surfactant at an air-liquid interface of the liquid on the fabric, wherein the surface layer has a first surface tension, and adding at least one co- surfactant different from the surfactant. The surfactant and said co- surfactant have substantial chain length compatibility. The co-surfactant reduces the surface tension at the air-liquid interface. The fabric is then subjected to mechanical extraction for a period of time to reduce the liquid content of the fabric from the first content of liquid to a second liquid content.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de liquide d'un tissu possédant une première teneur en liquide comprenant les étapes consistant à créer une couche de surface de tensioactif comprenant au moins un tensioactif au niveau d'une interface air-liquide du liquide sur le tissu, la couche de surface possédant une première tension de surface, et à ajouter au moins un co-tensioactif différent du tensioactif susmentionné. Le tensioactif et le co-tensioactif possèdent une compatibilité sensiblement de chaîne longue. Le co-tensioactif réduit la tension de surface au niveau de l'interface air-liquide. Le tissu est ensuite soumis à l'extraction mécanique pour une période de temps afin de réduire la teneur en liquide du tissu de la première teneur en liquide vers une seconde teneur en liquide.
