A process for fitting a glass member onto a vehicle with a novel curable resin composition by direct glazing. This process is characterized by using, as a sealant, a curable resin composition comprising (A) an oxyalkylene polymer having in the molecule at least one silicon-containing group which bears a hydroxyl or hydrolyzable group bonded to the silicon atom and can crosslink through the condensation of silanol, (B) carbon black, and (C) an oxyalkylene polymer free from any crosslinking group.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour installer directement des éléments vitrés sur des véhicules, en utilisant une nouvelle composition de résine durcissable. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise, comme produit d'étanchéité, une composition de résine comprenant (A) un polymère d'oxyalkylène ayant dans sa molécule au moins un groupe contenant du silicium, qui comporte un groupe hydroxyle ou un groupe hydrosoluble lié à l'atome de silicium et réticulable par la condensation du silanol, (B) du noir de carbone et (C) un polymère d'oxyalkylène exempt de groupes de réticulation.
