ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a process for producing a liquid product of a toluene diisocyanate tar occurring as a by-product in the preparation of toluene diisocyanate. The process comprises dissolving or dispersing the tar in a specific aromatic solvent. The liquid product produced by the process may be used as a curing agent in the production of an inexpensive urethane compositions.
