The present invention relates to processes for forming random prepolymers comprising comprising at least one (meth)acrylate component and at least one (meth)acrylamide. More specifically, the present invention relates to processes comprising providing a first reaction mixture comprising at least one (meth)acrylate component having a first reaction rate constant, k1, adding to said first reaction mixture, under reaction conditions comprising a reaction time, at least one (meth)acrylamide component having a second reaction rate constant k2 which is less than about 0.5 k1, wherein at least one of said (meth)acrylate component and said (meth)acrylamide component comprise silicone and at least one of said (meth)acrylate component and said (meth)acrylamide component comprise at least one hydrophilic component, and said at least one (meth)acrylamide component is added gradually over a reaction time and under prepolymer reaction conditions to form a prepolymer.
La présente invention porte sur des procédés de fabrication de prépolymères statistiques comportant au moins un composant (méth)acrylate et au moins un (méth)acrylamide. Plus précisément, la présente invention porte sur des procédés qui consistent à se procurer un premier mélange réactionnel comportant au moins un composant (méth)acrylate ayant une première constante de vitesse de réaction, k1; à ajouter audit premier mélange réactionnel, dans des conditions de réaction comportant un temps de réaction, au moins un composant (méth)acrylamide ayant une seconde constante de vitesse de réaction k2 qui est inférieure à environ 0,5 k1, ledit composant (méth)acrylate et/ou ledit composant (méth)acrylamide comportant du silicone et ledit composant (méth)acrylate et/ou ledit composant (méth)acrylamide comportant au moins un composant hydrophile; et ledit ou lesdits composants (méth)acrylamides étant ajoutés progressivement sur un temps de réaction et dans des conditions de réaction de prépolymérisation pour former un prépolymère.
