The present invention is directed to a process for growing a virus, said process comprising infecting chick embryo (CE) primary culture cells with said virus and culturing said cells by a suspension culture in a culture medium without adhesion of the cells on a solid phase. In accordance with the process of the present invention, a large amount of the desired virus can be easily obtained by a simple procedure without using a conventional solid phase such as a culture bottle, a hollow fiber or a microcarrier at a low cost.

Une râpe endodontique est enfilée dans l'appareil (20) jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité large (22) de l'appareil (20) soit en coïncidence avec le manche (31) de la râpe. La pointe (33) de la râpe est alors introduite dans le canal radiculaire, et l'appareil (20) vient prendre appui sur le fond de la cavité d'accès, l'extrémité étroite (20) de l'appareil débouchant sur l'orifice du canal radiculaire. La totalité de la cavité d'accès est remplie jusqu'à la surface de la dent par injection d'un matériau de matrice polymérisable autour de l'appareil (20). Une fois que ce matériau est solidifié, la râpe ainsi que l'appareil (20), dont la surface externe est anti-adhésive (24), sont enlevés, laissant une voie d'accès conique à l'orifice du canal.
