The process comprises the circulation of combustion gases through a filter (4) placed in the heat recuperation boiler (3a, 3b) in order to hot filter the flow of fly ash contained in said gases. To the flow of fly ash to be filtered, an additional flow (b) of material is added, said material having characteristics such that it increases the melting temperature of fly ash by formation of high fusion eutectics so as to facilitate declogging by avoiding the formation of viscous bridges between the particules of fly ash. Application to the hot dedusting of waste gases from the combustion of household refuse.
Le procédé consiste à faire circuler les fumées de combustion à travers un filtre (4) placé dans la chaudière de récupération (3a, 3b) pour filtrer à chaud le flux de cendres volantes contenues dans ces fumées. On superpose au flux de cendres volantes à filtrer, un flux additionnel (b) d'un matériau ayant des caractéristiques telles qu'il augmente la température de fusion des cendres volantes par formation d'eutectiques à haute température de fusion afin d'en faciliter le décolmatage en évitant la formation de ponts visqueux entre les particules de cendres volantes. Application au dépoussiérage à chaud de fumées de combustion d'ordures ménagères.
