Herein disclosed is a method for hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation, hy-drofinishing, amine production or a combination thereof. The method comprises forming a disper-sion comprising hydrogen-containing gas bubbles dispersed in a liquid feedstock, wherein the bub-bles have a mean diameter of less than about 5 µm and wherein the feedstock comprises a mixture of petroleum-derived hydrocarbons and a naturally derived renewable oil. The feedstock comprises hy-drocarbons selected from the group consisting of liquid natural gas, crude oil, crude oil fractions, gasoline, diesel, naphtha, kerosene, jet fuel, fuel oils, and combinations thereof. The method further comprises contacting the dispersion with a catalyst that is active for hydrodesulfurization, hydrodeni-trogenation, hydrofinishing, amine production, or a combination thereof. The catalyst comprises homo-geneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts. The catalyst may be utilized in fixed-bed or slurry ap-plications.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydrodésulfurisation, d'hydrodénitrogénation, d'hydrofinition, de production d'amines ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. Le procédé comprend la formation d'une dispersion comprenant des bulles de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène dispersées dans une charge liquide, les bulles de gaz ayant un diamètre moyen inférieur à environ 5 µm et la charge comprenant un mélange d'hydrocarbures dérivés du pétrole ainsi qu'une huile naturelle renouvelable. La charge comprend des hydrocarbures choisis dans le groupe constitué par du gaz naturel liquide, de l'huile brute, des fractions d'huile brute, de l'essence, du diesel, du naphte, du kérosène, du carburéacteur, des mazouts, et leurs combinaisons. Le procédé comprend en outre la mise en contact de la dispersion avec un catalyseur qui est actif pour l'hydrodésulfurisation, l'hydrodénitrogénation, l'hydrofinition, la production d'amines, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. Le catalyseur comprend des catalyseurs homogènes et des catalyseurs hétérogènes. Le catalyseur peut être utilisé dans des applications en lit fixe ou en suspension.
