A method for hydrogenating carbon dioxide to produce methanol. A band-like copper substrate is transported by a group of rotation drive rollers to precipitate porous metal zinc on the copper substrate. Hydrogen is generated by the porous metal zinc as a result of an electrochemical reaction in an enclosed space defined by the roller group simultaneously to produce zinc oxide and copper oxide catalyst. Carbon dioxide is introduced into an enclosed space of high temperature and high pressure to produce methanol by hydrogenation.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant l'hydrogénation du dioxyde de carbone pour la production de méthanol. Un substrat de cuivre en forme de bande est transporté par la rotation d'un ensemble de rouleaux d'entraînement de manière à produire la précipitation d'un métal poreux à base de zinc sur le substrat de cuivre. Le zinc poreux génère de l'hydrogène par réaction électrochimique, dans un espace clos délimité par l'ensemble de rouleaux, cette réaction s'accompagnant de la production simultanée d'un catalyseur oxyde de zinc, et oxyde de cuivre. On introduit le dioxyde de carbone dans l'espace fermé maintenu à une température et à une pression élevées, afin de produire du méthanol par hydrogénation.
