Convention printing processes (offset printing, screen-printing, tampon printing processes) are not suitable for relatively small batches, in that said processes are not very economic for small editions. The disclosed process for identifying objects is equally economic for large and small editions.

Les procédés d'impression classiques (offset, sérigraphie, tampon) ne conviennent pas pour des impressions à tirage relativement faible, car ils sont peu rentables pour ce type de tirage. L'invention propose un procédé permettant de marquer des objets, qui est rentable pour les gros tirages comme pour les petits.
