L'invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration d'une installation d'extraction 1 d'hydrocarbures, à travers un forage reliant la surface à un gisement 4, comprenant une enveloppe 6 sensiblement cylindrique consolidant ledit forage et un tuyau d'extraction 8 logé à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe 6. L'installation comprend une chaudière 14 de production de fluide chaud constitué d'hydrocarbures, une canalisation 12 isolée thermiquement reliant la chaudière au gisement 4 permettant la circulation du fluide chaud depuis la surface vers la crépine 17 pour obtenir un mélange constitué du fluide chaud et des hydrocarbures provenant du gisement 4, et une unité de récupération 11 du mélange fluide par l'intermédiaire du tuyau d'extraction 8.
