It is described a process for inserting an insulating system comprising at least a vacuum insulating panel (20; 30) in a matrix of homogeneous polymeric foam (602; 707), inside an interspace (101; 703) of a device which has to be subsequently subjected, at least at said interspace, to a temperature higher than 100 ~C, without damaging this system and without causing it to lose its original insulating properties by providing a flexible protection system of cardboard.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à l'insertion d'un système isolant comprenant au moins un panneau isolant sous vide (20 ; 30) noyé dans une matrice de mousse polymère homogène (602 ; 707), dans un interstice (101 ; 703) d'un dispositif devant être par la suite soumis, au moins au niveau dudit interstice (101 ; 703), à une température supérieure à 100 DEG C. Ce procédé permet de ne pas endommager le système isolant et de ne pas lui faire perdre ses propriétés isolantes de départ, grâce à l'utilisation d'un système de protection flexible en carton.
