Précis La présente invention concerne un procédé sert à fabriquer un transformateur électrique comportant un cadre magnétique à fenêtre magnétique rectangulaire. On réalise le circuit magnétique, on place autour du noyau magnétique un tube isolant dont on couple de façon amovible l'une des extrémités au moins à une roue d'entraînment démontable, et on bobine les spires électriques par rotation de la roue. On part d'un tube isolant en matière plastique fendu axialement, on écarte la fente et on referme le tube autour du noyau magnétique. A ce stade seulement, on met en place la roue d'entraînement autour du noyau en l'accouplant en rotation au tube isolant. Utilisation pour simplifier le montage et rendre le transformateur plus léger et plus compact.
