A process is provided for producing high-active detergent agglomerates through multi-stage surfactant paste injection. According to the process, starting detergent materials are mixed with an initial amount of surfactant paste and then allowed to age for a specified period of time. Following the initial paste injection and aging period, additional amounts of surfactant paste are injected incrementally to make a final detergent agglomerate having at least about 45 % by weight of surfactant.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des agglomérats détergents fortement actifs par injection d'une pâte tensioactive en plusieurs étapes. Selon ce procédé, des matières détergentes de départ sont mélangées à une quantité initiale de pâte tensioactive puis soumises à un vieillissement pendant un temps déterminé. Après l'injection initiale de pâte et la période de vieillissement, des quantités supplémentaires de pâte tensioactive sont injectées progressivement afin d'obtenir un agglomérat détergent final ayant au moins une proportion de 45 % en poids de tensioatifs.
