Process for manufacturing a cable comprising the following steps:(a) conveying at least one conductor to an extruder apparatus;(b) extruding an insulating coating layer radially external to said at least one conductor; (c) longitudinally folding a metal tape around said extruded insulating coating layer, said metal tape bearing at least one adhesive coating layer in a radially external position,; (e) extruding at least one continuous coating layer comprising at least one polyamide or a copolymer thereof around and in contact with said folded metal tape; wherein the step (e) is carried out at a draw down ratio (DDR) not higher than 2.5, preferably of from 1.2 to 2Ø
Un processus de fabrication d~un câble comprenant les étapes suivantes: (a) transporter au moins un conducteur vers un appareil d'extrusion; (b) extruder une couche de revêtement isolant radialement externe au conducteur cité; (c) plier dans la longueur une bande de métal autour de ladite couche de revêtement isolant extrudé, ladite bande de métal portant au moins une couche de revêtement adhésif dans une position externe radiale; (e) extruder au moins une couche continue de revêtement comprenant au moins un polyamide ou un copolymère de celui-ci autour et en contact avec ladite bande de métal pliée; dans laquelle l'étape (e) est réalisée à un rapport de striction (DDR) inférieur à 2,5, préférablement compris entre 1,2 et 2,0.
