ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The proposed process for manufacturing a fatty concen- trate comprises emulsifying vegetable or animal fat heated to a temperature between 20° and 40°C. in the medium of a protein or carbohydrate adsorbent. The adsorbent used serves to build up a protective coating on the particles of the fat being emulsified. The fat emulsion with the adsorbent is subjected to drying. The fatty concentrate manufactured in the process according to the present invention is capable of withstanding more than 6 months storage. Besides, the proposed process pro- vides a possibility of processing fats of acidity from 1° to 20° and even higher and yields a fatty concentrate suitable for being incorporated in mixed feeds.
