The invention relates to a wet process for manufacturing a fibrous ply on a forming fabric of a paper machine, comprising a stack of fabrics, said stack of fabrics comprising a surface fabric and at least one under-fabric, these being superposed, said fibrous ply comprising at least one element of given thickness, characterized in that it includes the following step: formation of said ply by the dewatering of an aqueous fibre-based suspension on said forming fabric, the stack of fabrics of which includes a reduced dewatering region compared with the first under-fabric, in at least one under-fabric and/or beneath the surface fabric, said reduced dewatering region being in correspondence with the position that said element will have.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un jet fibreux par voie humide sur une toile de formation d'une machine à papier comprenant un empilement de toiles, ledit empilement de toiles comprenant une toile superficielle et au moins une sous- toile superposées, ledit jet fibreux comprenant au moins un élément d'une épaisseur donnée, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend l'étape suivante : former ledit jet par égouttage d'une suspension aqueuse à base de fibres sur ladite toile de formation dont l'empilement de toiles comprend une région d'égouttage réduit par rapport à la première sous-toile, au niveau d'au moins une sous-toile et/ou sous la toile superficielle, ladite région d'égouttage réduit étant en correspondance avec la position qu'aura ledit élément.
