In a process for manufacturing a hollow turbine engine blade assembled by diffusion bonding and formed using superplasticity by gas pressure, after assembly of the primary parts and being placed in an oven, a treatment involving pre-cooking and removal of the binder from the anti-diffusion product, in a series and without moving the parts, a vacuum is created inside the blade set (14) and simultaneously a gradual increase to speed V and to temperature T determined so as to cause permanent plastic deformation of the parts and at that temperature T, the interior of the said blade set (14) is maintained under vacuum while isostatic pressure is applied to the exterior of the said blade set, these conditions of temperature and pressure being maintained so as to ensure compaction of the anti-diffusion product and pre-bonding of the areas not coated with diffusion barrier.

Dans un procédé de fabrication d'une aube creuse de turbomachine assemblée par soudage-diffusion et formée superplastiquement par pression de gaz, après assemblage des pièces primaires et mise en place dans un four, un traitement de pré-cuisson et élimination du liant du produit d'anti-diffusion, en enchaînement et sans déplacer les pièces, on effectue une mise sous vide de l'intérieur de l'ensemble d'aube (14) et simultanément une montée progressive à une vitesse V et jusqu'à une température T déterminées de manière à obtenir une déformation plastique permanente des pièces et à cette température T, l'intérieur dudit ensemble d'aube (14) est maintenu sous vide tandis qu'une pression isostatique est appliquée à l'extérieur dudit ensemble d'aube, ces conditions de température et pressions étant maintenues de manière à assurer un compactage du produit d'anti-diffusion et un pré-soudage des zones non revêtues de barrière de diffusion.
