A process for manufacturing a hose of low fuel permeation from a blend of NBR containing 43 to 50% by weight of acrylonitrile and PVC, in which the molded product is vulcanized under heat, while it is held in its shape as a hose to prevent deformation by its own weight. The process provides a hose of low fuel permeability comparable to that of FKM at a low cost.
