The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a material in sheet form, comprising at least one fibrous layer (20) and a plurality of security and/or decorative elements, the process comprising at least one of the following steps: the security and/or decorative elements are sprayed onto one face of the fibrous layer (20), which is running along a predetermined direction (F), especially when the fibrous layer is still wet, so as to form at least one continuous pattern having at least one edge, approximately along the run direction, not entirely parallel to the run direction, and a pattern comprising a succession of separate zones, and security and/or decorative elements of at least two different types and/or having a variable concentration are sprayed onto one face of the fibrous layer (20), especially when it is still wet.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau en feuille comprenant au moins une couche fibreuse (20) et une pluralité d'éléments de sécurité et/ou décoratifs, le procédé comportant l'une au moins des étapes suivantes: projeter les éléments de sécurité et/ou décoratifs sur une face de la couche fibreuse (20), en défilement suivant une direction prédéterminée (F), notamment lorsque la couche fibreuse est encore humide, de manière à former l'un au moins d'un motif continu ayant au moins un bord, sensiblement selon la direction de défilement, non entièrement parallèle à la direction de défilement et un motif comprenant une succession de zones disjointes, projeter sur une face de la couche fibreuse (20), notamment lorsque celle-ci est encore humide, des éléments de sécurité et/ou décoratifs d'au moins deux types différents et/ou ayant une concentration variable.
