Process for manufacturing a plastic (P) composite shaped section, with any cross-section, comprising an outer layer or skin of a first material and at least one inner layer of a different material capable of adhering to the skin, a process in which materials are coextruded to form the shaped section. In the first step, in the coextrusion block (14) a cylindrical bead (16) is formed with full cross-section, in which the skin material forms the outer layer and the inner layer material forms the core, after the coextrusion block the cross-section of the cylindrical bead (16) is progressively transformed, in a single extrusion head (17) of the type used for single-material shaped sections, into the cross-section shape desired for the shaped section, in a manner such that the skin stays in place, with a minimum thickness, at least on all essential parts of the finished shaped section.
Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé composite en matière plastique (P), de section transversale quelconque, comportant une couche extérieure ou peau en une première matière et au moins une couche intérieure en une matière différente propre à adhérer à la peau, procédé selon lequel on réalise une coextrusion des matières du profilé. Dans une première étape, on réalise dans un bloc de coextrusion (14) un cordon cylindrique (16) à section transversale pleine, dans lequel la matière de peau forme une couronne extérieure , tandis que la matière de la couche intérieure forme le coeur ; et à la suite du bloc de coextrusion on réalise, dans une tête d'extrusion simple (17), du genre de celles utilisées pour des profilés monomatière, une transformation progressive de la section transversale du cordon cylindrique (16) en la section souhaitée pour le profilé, de telle manière que la peau reste présente, suivant une épaisseur minimale, au moins sur toutes les parties essentielles du profile achevé.
