A process for manufacturing a hollow vane (9) for a turbomachine in TA6V type titanium alloy includes thermoforming by isotherm forming under press (48, 49) at a temperature ranging from 700° to 940°C, under the action of at least two dies (46) and a clamp frame (45) blocking the vane (9) placed on a forming cavity (21), by ensuring a controlled deformation speed in order to obtain trim of fibres, i.e. elongations of the various fibres of the piece with controlled distribution on either side of the central fibre. A multiple-effect press-kiln is specially designed for process operation.
0 Un procédé de fabrication d'une aube (9) creuse de turbomachine en alliage de titane du type TA6V comporte une opération de formage à chaud par mise en forme isotherme sous presse (48, 49) à une température comprise entre 700° et 940°C, sous l'action d'au moins deux poinçons (46) et d'un serre-flanc (45) bloquant l'aube (9) placée sur une empreinte de formage (21) en assurant une vitesse de déformation contrôlée de manière à obtenir une mise à longueur des fibres c'est à dire les allongements des différentes fibres de la pièce avec une répartition contrôlée de part et d'autre de la fibre centrale. Une presse-four à multiple effet est spécialement conçue pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé.
