A process for manufacturing a decorative bulbs with patterns and/or characters comprising coating a synthetic resin with high-temperature resistance onto a release paper, then printing the desired patterns and/or characters on said synthetic resin by means of screen printing with the aid of an ink which is high-temperature resistant, then transfer-printing on the surface of a bulb after slightly wetting with water, thereafter drying the moisture contained in the surface of the bulb by hot air or infrared ray and then coatingwith a clear lacquer, finally baking the surface of the bulb in or through an oven to give a decorative bulbs with patterns and/or characters.
Procédé de fabrication d'ampoules décoratives recouvertes de motifs ou de caractères. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : couvrir un papier anti-adhérent d'une résine synthétique résistant aux températures élevées; imprimer les motifs ou caractères désirés sur cette résine synthétique par impression au cadre, au moyen d'une encre résistant aux températures élevées; imprimer par transfert la surface de l'ampoule après un mouillage léger avec de l'eau; sécher la surface de l'ampoule à l'aide d'air chaud ou de rayons infrarouges; revêtir la surface d'une laque incolore; cuire la surface dans un four ou à travers celui-ci, afin d'obtenir une ampoule présentant des motifs ou des caractères.
