A process manufacturing devices (21, 21") that carry an active material is described, based on the continuous deposition of a strip of low-melting alloy in the liquid state on a ribbon (1") of a metal net (12) or a micro-perforated and stretched sheet metal (12) , which surface has been previously treated , for example by means of deoxidation, and preferably prepared for the successive cutting in single components or rather devices (21, 21' ) with active material. The deposition can occur by immersion into laminar waver on into a constant jet, by spraying of small drops or by liquid dispensation.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de dispositifs (21, 21') comportant un matériau actif. Ce procédé consiste à assurer un dépôt en continu d'une bande d'alliage à point de fusion modéré à l'état liquide sur un ruban (1') formé par un filet métallique ou un métal en feuille étiré et microperforé, dont la surface a préalablement été traitée (2), par exemple par désoxydation ; ledit ruban étant de préférence préparé pour être ensuite coupé en composants uniques ou en dispositifs comportant un matériau actif. Le dépôt (3) peut être assuré par immersion dans une onde laminaire ou dans un jet constant, par pulvérisation de gouttelettes ou par distribution de liquide.
