A process for obtaining an aqueous polymer dispersion comprising the following steps:- formation of a monomer preemulsion in water by using surfactants;- transfer into the reactor of the basic charge containing a surfactant solution and a part of the preemulsion;- step C.1 polymerization start; - step C.2 polymerization of the monomeric mixture;- step C.3 removal of the residual monomers;wherein: A) from the start and up to a time in the range from -40% to +20% with respect to the instant wherein the polydispersity index of the particle sizes increases, the preemulsion is fed and the surfactant concentration in the reactor is not higher than 0.7% by weight;B) subsequently and till the polymerisation end, the remaining part of preemulsion is fed and the surfactant concentration in the dispersion is higher than that in step A) but lower than 5% by weight with respect to the dispersion weight.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'élaboration de dispersions polymères aqueuses, selon les étapes suivantes: formation de préémulsion de monomères dans de l'eau au moyen de tensioactifs; transfert dans le réacteur de la charge basique renfermant une solution de tensioactifs et une partie de la préémulsion; étape C.1 début de polymérisation; étape C.2 polymérisation du mélange de monomères; étape C.3 extraction des monomères résiduels; spécifiquement: A) dès le début, et pendant une durée allant de -40 % à + 20 % par rapport à l'instant où l'indice de polydispersion des tailles de particule augmente, la préémulsion est injectée dans le réacteur et la concentration des tensioactifs dans ce réacteur ne dépasse pas 0,7 %, en poids;B) ensuite, jusqu'à la fin de la polymérisation, le reste de la préémulsion est injecté dans le réacteur et la concentration de tensioactifs dans la dispersion ne dépasse pas celle indiquée sous A), mais elle est inférieure à 5 %, en poids, par rapport au poids de la dispersion.
