The invention concerns the production of bleached, dried plant pulp, in which bleaching by hydrogen peroxide takes place at the same time as drying by vaporization of water from the pulp by means of a dry gas atmosphere circulating in contact with the pulp. This process does not have the same disadvantages as existing processes, simplifies operational steps to obtain dry, bleached pulp, and produces pulp with a high degree of brightness for the technical field concerned.

L'invention concerne la fabrication de pulpes végétales blanchies et sèches, dans laquelle le blanchiment au moyen de peroxyde d'hydrogène est réalisé simultanément au séchage par vaporisation de l'eau de la pulpe au moyen d'une atmosphère gazeuse sèche circulant au contact de ladite pulpe. Le procédé de la présente invention ne présente pas les inconvénients des procédés connus, simplifie le schéma opératoire d'obtention de pulpes blanchies sèches et permet d'obtenir celles-ci avec un degré de blancheur élevé pour le domaine technique concerné.
